After a multi year hiatus, The Queen Mary's Dark Harbor returns to Long Beach, California, select nights September twentieth through November two, this time produced by the folks at Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group. Today, I'm taking you to the press conference where the big announcement was revealed.

Mom. Welcome. That's right, children, we're back and I dare say we're better for harm, shall be returning to the beloved Queen May. It's lovely to see your children, I see the video faces. Oh, it's been such a time since we were together last. I can't wait to share our experiences with you.

1:42 You know, we'll be bringing back some fan favorites as well as well as introducing some new experiences and a captain, my captain, and creating some new terrifying experiences for our kids. It's that exciting children, you know, me so lightful, you know children. When I was asked to come back and m see this event, I was reticent. Yes, I was reticent. I felt a little rusty, a little crusty, a little musty. But I'll tell you what, children, they ran me through the industrial dishwasher at the Chelsea Chownelhouse, and I feel bad for the ever. It's put a little spring in my step, a little Carol in my head. Yes, well, I really don't know much about what's going on in this fault, so I need to bring someone to the stage who can better explain it to your So this person, he was so pervasive, I mean persuasive in his attempts to get me to return so I really had to say yes, and of course I can never say no to my little love and Queen Never.

Thank you all for joining us tonight for this very special evening. It is truly a milestone moment for the ship, for the city, and for so many of us in this room. We're excited to be working with the team at the Queen Mary and the City of Long Beach to bring back the legendary Dark Harbor. It is both an honor and a great responsibility to be the stewards of such a beloved event. It's something that we take very seriously. We're all here tonight because we're fans of Dark Harbor. From twenty ten to twenty nineteen, the renowned Dark Harbor Halloween event captivated the residents Long Beach and beyond for hundreds of thousands of people. Celebrating Halloween at the Queen Mary became an annual fall tradition. While many of the physical assets from past events had been lost the time that tradition continues this fall, we will honor the history, the stories, and the legacy of Dark Harbor, while simultaneously guiding the evolution

We'll share more of those details soon, but for now, I look forward to seeing you at the opening night of Dark Harbor's twenty twenty four season on Friday, September twentieth. This fall. It's revival. It's a testament to the its legacy and another major step towards the Queen Mary's resurgence as a world renowned tourist destination. We look forward to its long awaited return because of the positive impact that it's going to have on our city. So let me bring someone who can give you a very exciting narrative and give you some little goodies and some little tidbits that you can post on your instant ham and your taktac and your big book of faces. Let's inititate social media. Let's have an avalanche of enthusiasm for dark Arbist return Chary. All right, let's get a holla for regional manager, Am horror Man. We have word from the International Weather Service that over the Pacific Ocean hangs a thick fog. It stated that this fog will be coming directly at the Queen Mary. This fall, this fog will encircle the ship, creating a bore text. This fog will pierce through the portholes and go down the dark corridors, flooding in and dripping down to the boiler room, into the engine. And this fog encourages no begs, begs the souls and spirits from Dark Harbor to rise once again. But the ships

10:00 whistle will pierce through the fog. There are many secrets, and I can only tell you so many. Tonight, the sus states it's killing me, I hoped last time. After the Sheriff's whistle blows, the spirits will be reminded that in the fall, the veil between the living land and the land of the Dead is at its thinnest. They will rise once again into maniacal mazes, not only on the ship, but they will creep out the gangways into the harbor, telling sinister stories of luxury, honor, battle, scandalous romances, and of course, murder. While these characters will bring screams from the brave souls of Southern California, no the world who returned to see Dark Harbor, they'll also invite you to delight to dine, to drink, and to dance dance alongside these spirits. And I think that it'll sound something like

11:35 sophisticated lullaby. M wow. The brave souls entering Dark Harbor will be served up on a platter for these spirits, like a fate save me the lady fingers. But of course the revelry wouldn't be complete without a chaotic carnival hosted by a circus of freaks who man my freaks slip and fall. They all go down, but this fall Dark Harbor, the spirits will rise again.
