The Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota and American Monsters are set to open a new haunt this Halloween season onion Heads Revenge. The forty five thousand square foot immersive haunt will bring together dozens of live scare actors and legendary creatures in terrifying evocative sets, combined with media based scare moments, theatrical lighting, special effects, and an original soundtrack that will transport guests to a never before experienced realm of horror. The attraction will also feature specialty bars and themed cocktails and food. More than a great haunt, this is truly an exciting night out. After a shot of liquid courage, guests will step inside the world of creepy Louisiana bayous and graveyards to come face to face with supernatural terror and a creature out for revenge, said Charlotte Huggins, CEO of American Monsters. Thrill Seekers can expect tickets to go on sale early August. Camp counselors will vigorously guide courageous campers and tenderfoot scouts through a journey of initiation and worldly merit, all in the pursuit to ascension to first class Scout status. Camp What's It is a thirty minute, full contact theatrical immersive journey that explores the horrific wonders of nature and adolescent humanity. Directed by Brandon Sleezak and produced by Zombie Joe. This performance is for audiences eighteen plus. Tickets are available now in their twenty dollars in advance or twenty five at the door. Follow the links in our show notes to buy them. Midsummer Scream announced another exciting panel this week. On Sunday, July twenty eight, the Walt Disney Studios will present Happy Haunts Materialized behind the scenes of Disney's Haunted Mansion. This special apparition from Regions Beyond will include Jonathan Erich producer, Jeffrey Kurland costume designer, and Philip Bartel editor. Hosted by Lauren and Trevor Shand and Leon D'Antonio from the Boo Creu podcast, the group of frightful filmmakers will discuss bringing Haunted Mansion to the big screen while sharing behind the scenes anecdotes and insight about the process of reimagining one of the world's most famous attractions to a brand new motion picture experience. Midsummer Screen will accour July twenty eighth through thirtieth at the Long Beach Convention Center. Tickets are on sale now, with single day at all the mission passes starting at thirty five dollars to one hundred and forty dollars for a three day VIP gold bat pass. June

3:15 thirtieth is the last day of early bird pricing for this year's weekend of Fright's twenty twenty three Houston Terror Tours. This year's tours will visit Purgatory Screen Park, Thirteenth Floor Haunted House, Houston Terror Aisle Adventures, Creepy Hollow, and Phobia Haunted House over the course of three days October sixth through eight. Early bird tickets are two hundred and five dollars. On July first, the price will increase to two hundred and fifteen. Arizona Haunters will host a laser cut tombstone and finishing class on Saturday, July fifteenth in Mesa, Arizona. Tombstones will be precutton engraved prior to the class. The class will include a demonstration on the laser cutting and engraving process with an overview of how the machine works and how to become lab certified to use the laser cutter. Then participate will be able to finish their own engraved tombstones with lessons on basic painting, cracking, distressing, and other aging effects. The cost is twenty five fifty per tombstone. Interested individuals can sign up via their online form. Terror Vault in San Francisco, California is hosting their first Scare Actors Workshop on Saturday, August sixth, from one to six pm. This free workshop is open to anyone interested in learning the art of crafting a truly terrifying Hunt performance. The event will also double as a casting call for the twenty twenty three show The Initiation for those who are interested in joining their team for the Halloween season. 4:38 Party City debuted their new Fall twenty twenty three animatronics, the Sneak Peak, including two larger than life twelve foot tall animatronics, a Weendigo and a towering Pumpkin Creep, both for five hundred dollars. Other new editions include a six foot tall Texas chainsaw, massacre leatherface, nine foot tall drop down scarecrow, and a nine and a half foot mego will. In total, the company will offer eleven new animatronics for this Halloween season. They're not yet on sale, but will be made available for purchase online with in store pickup in the fall. Panic Attack Haunted Attraction in Aikina, North Carolina is now hiring for their twenty twenty three build season. Positions are available for set designers, laborers, construction workers, and carpenters. The Dent Schoolhouse in Cincinnati, Ohio is now accepting applications for scare actors, makeup artists, concessions, team parking, attendance, security, and more.
