This year's Haunted Attraction Network Hauntathon brought a record ninety million views for the Haunted Attraction Network, along with twelve million views for our programming partners. The network was featured on television with NBC's California Live and Fox to Detroit, and on national radio with NPR's Marketplace. The combined company using the Six Flags name will then boast twenty seven amusement parks at fifteen water parks for combined annual revenue of more than three and a half billion dollars. Our merger with six Flags will bring together two of North America's iconic amusement park companies to establish a highly diversified footprint and a more robust operating model to enhance park offerings and performance. Cedar Fair CEO Richard Zimmerman said in a prepared statement the

1:41 transaction has been approved by both companies boards, but still requires Six Flags shareholder approval. The transaction is targeted to close in the first half of twenty twenty four. Disney has announced a new Halloween half mariage on weekend at the Disney Resort in Anaheim, California, taking place September fifth through eighth of twenty twenty four. The Disneyland Resort will be conjuring up high spirits with four days of events including Yoga, Kids Races, five K, ten K, half marathon, and Challenge, all themed the twenty twenty four Halloween season. It's going to be a frightfully fun experience for runners who will be treated to the Halloween themed on course, entertainment and chanting encounters with some favorite Disney characters as they race through the resort's two theme parks in the nearby Anaheim area.

The Scare Factor will host their annual Monster Bash on November eighteenth at Nightmare on Edgewood, Indianapolis, Indiana. This after season party is four Haunters by Haunters. Anyone who works in the Haunted House industry, from owners, managers and actors to makeup artists, set designers, parking flaggers, volunteers, and vendors are welcome to attend. This year's theme is Witches and Warlocks. 3:17 Midsummer Scream in Long Beach, California is now accepting submissions for their twenty twenty four Screaming Room, curated by Horror Buzz. The Screaming Room is seeking a variety of short films twenty minutes an under that celebrate horror in the spirit of Halloween to feel a variety of potential programming blocks including animation, comedy, gore, extreme, folklore, fantasy, sci fi, experimental, all ages, and more. Selected films will be screened at Midsummer Scream July twenty six through twenty eighth, twenty twenty four, at the Long Beach Convention Center. Tickets are now on sale for Monster Palooza's fifteenth anniversary.
