Make sure you're keeping your eyes and ears peeled for all of the happenings at Jackson wang Haunted House Under the Castle will be part of Halloween Horror Nights twenty twenty four at Universal Studios Singapore and Santosa Island, Singapore. Jackson Wang as a pop artist and co founder, along with Henry Chung of Team Wang Design, a luxury streetwear brand. The Haunt will feature two characters from Team Wang's Sparkles line, Pumpky and Spooky, as guests venture into the Under the Castle Haunted House they will uncover the sinister secrets of the Cursed Castle, which lures its victims with a ghostly green glow. Each year on Helloween night, guests brave enough to face the evil within, We'll find out if they can escape the terror or be trapped under the castle Forever. Team Wang put together a concept space and carnival under the same name in twenty twenty three. HHN Singapore takes place eighteen

Six Flags Freight Fest Extreme at six Flags Magic Mountain and Valencia, California suffered challengers during opening this past weekend, with guests reporting that many of the scheduled mazes opened late or not at all. Haunted Attraction Network partner Kevin Hiback was on location watches experience by following the links in our show notes. Fright Fast Extreme runs select nights now through November three. The event features eleven Haunted house and nine scare zones, including new mazes based on Stranger Things and the Conjuring Universe. Tickets are on sale now, starting at eighty five dollars for general admission and one forty four express admission. Everland in South Korea and Netflix are collaborating for this year's Blood City eight Halloween event. Netflix's Horror Theme Zone will highlight popular series Strangers, Things, and All of Us Are Dead with photo ops, s, characters, and interactive experiences. Everland has also renovated their popular Horror Maze attraction to be re themed the All of Us Are Dead. We aim to provide memorable experiences by combining Everland's infrastructure and Netflix's universe, said an Everland official. A new Disney Villains show is set up at Walt Disney World's Hollywood Studios Park

3:10 in Orlando, Florida, in the summer of twenty twenty five. The creative minds at Disney Live Entertainment will transform Sunset Showcase into the mysterious, reflective realm of the Magic Mirror. The show will feature appearances by dozens of the Disney villains, including Kreuwell at de Ville, Captain Hook, and Moleficent, each breaking through the glass to take the stage for live production numbers. The exact opening date has not yet been announced. The current show in the Sunset showcase Lightning McQueen's Racing Academy, will run till October seventh of twenty twenty four, after which it will close and make way for the new Villainis production. Blackpool Pleasure Beach in Blackpool, UK has announced two new scare zones, to revamped scare zones and triple the rides for their twenty twenty four Journey to Hell Freaknight's event. Thrillseekers are in invited to challenge their worst fears this October and come face to face with a gruesome undead, sinister clowns, ghostly apparitions and more. New for twenty twenty four is the Down the rabbit Hole scare zone, taking place within the park's beloved Alice in Wonderland ride and macabb Oddities themed Cabinet of Curiosity scare zone. Returning scare zones, the Ghost Train, Vault of Shadows and Twisted Tunnels, will be revamped for the season with new scares and surprises. Additionally, guests will have unlimited access to nine of the park's rides over the course of the event evenings. After the success of our zone inside the Ghost Train last year, We've turned another fan favorite ride into a terrifying live action area, and it promises to be one of our creepiest yet. We know our rides help us stand out from the other scare events, so we've tripled the rides available and added ride theming for a more immersive experience. Even the rides that aren't classed as one of the scare zones will have roaming actors and entertainment to create a truly terrifying night. Journey to Hell Freak Nights takes place select nights October eleventh through thirty first. Tickets are on sale now starting at thirty nine pounds fifty. A new Spooky Streets Grant program in Boston, Massachusetts, will give Google loving Bostonians a two hundred and fifty dollars boost for their Halloween block party. The new city grants will help residents host Halloween block parties between October twenty fifth and November three, providing two hundred and fifty dollars for hosts to buy party supply such as candy, pumpkins, decorations, and face paint. Spooky Streets are a fantastic way to bring neighbors together, build a stronger sense of community, and enjoy the Halloween in Harvest season. City official said on the grant's official website. Eligible activities must be free and open to the public and held on the street where the applicant lives. The deadline to apply for the grant is September twentieth at five pm Eastern daylight time. 6:13 show notes. Organizers of the Douglas Helloween Parade for adults in Douglash, Michigan, are looking to raise an additional eighteen thousand dollars to fund this year's event. For the past twenty five years, the event has been taxpayer subsidized. However, as it has grown, the city can no longer cover all the expenses. The event costs fifty two thousand dollars in twenty twenty three, and is expected to cost close to eighty thousand dollars for twenty twenty four. This year, over eighteen thousand dollars of expenses have been passed along to the nonprofit Estopless Productions to ensure the event can safely occur. The event brings over ten thousand people to Douglas, where they support local businesses and restaurants. This event serves as a bridge to get area businesses through the shoulder season, and that's how we talk them into being a sponsor, said Aaron Wilkinson, director of Events for Histopolis. There is a limit on how much we can ask, however, and we're near it, especially with so many other events competing for funds. A GoFundMe has been created to seek donations from community members who would like to see this beloved tradition continue. 7:23 On Friday, September twenty seventh, Vegas Theater Company in Las Vegas, Nevada, will premiere The House on Watch Hill a new musical from the writers of the Tony Award winning Bandstand, Richard Oberacker and Robert Taylor. The musical is a coming of age story of a horror obsessed ten who, in the summer of nineteen eighty four, is determined to build the greatest haunted house Cincinnati has ever seen. Joined by his misfit friends who'd rather be anywhere but home, they embark on a quest to craft a spine chilling spectacle to rival the famed Haunted Mansion, with hormones raging, raw roskirts to wrangle, and big dreams and big hair to pursue what can possibly stand in their way. Featuring a dynamic live band and an electrifying nineteen eighties inspired score, the House on watch Hill will take audiences back to an era with an iconic blend of teen high jinks, comedy, and raw heartache. Tickets are on sale now starting at twenty five dollars for preview performance general admission and thirty nine ninety nine general admission for performances October fourth through November third. Ames Haunted Forest and Ames Iowa has made the difficult decision to close after twenty five years of operation.

8:33 It's so labor intensive for us, said co owner Lynn Ballard. I'm seventy two and my brother's getting up there. Lynn and his brother have helped to run the event since their father began it in nineteen ninety nine, with other family members pitching in over the years. Now, with the demands increasing each year, the family has decided to close the attraction. They plan to use the space from the former haunt to expand the parking lot they already own near Jack Trice Stadion, adding three to four hundred new spaces to the lot. And his family are grateful for all the community support they have received over the years. Nile's Scream Park in Niles, Michigan is open for its fifty first season select dates now through November two. The event offers forty four acres of fear with six haunted houses, four five minute escape rooms, and a midway filled with entertainment acts, throwing paintball, hall of fire, museum, photo ops, food and more. The largest of their haunt features over one hundred different paths, making it impossible to see it all and fewer than seven trips through the Niles Scream Park is a non profit community project with nearly two hundred volunteer staff members per night from more than sixty five Michiania area community and school organizations. Since nineteen ninety six, the event has donated more than two point five million dollars to area organizations, and it funds college scholarships for local high school students. Wolner, Freakling Brothers Horror Shows offers a trilogy of terrifying haunts, including Gates of Hell, an experiment in serious, uncompromising interactive horror, Coven of Thirteen, a horrifying journey through the Witches, Warlocks in Black Magic, and Castle Vampire, a magical and horrific voyage through Noseradu's Castle. General admission is fifty through sixty dollars and includes access to all three Haunts, a trip to their resident fortune teller, nightly food trucks, and up close personal performances by the Freakling Scare characters. All you Can Scream passes for unlimited visits to all three Haunts and the Knights of Purchase are available for one hundred dollars. Finally, Cadaver Club season passes are available for two hundred and fifty.

Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota, welcomes back American Monster's Onion Heads Revenge Haunted House from September twenty seventh through November two. Within the attractions, forty five thousand square foot, over fifty characters, Elaborate set designs with theatrical lighting, special effects, and an original soundtrack will bring to life the Southern Louisiana legend of Onion Heead, a frightening tale with thrills around every corner. Like most horror sequels, Onion Heads Revenge has added more thrills and chills for year two, said Chris Grapp, vice President of Experiential at Mall of America. Guests who dare to explore the swamps of Slidel will have plenty of scares in store for them this Halloween season. Tickets are on sale now starting from seventeen ninety five through thirty nine ninety five for general admission and twenty three ninety five to forty nine ninety five for a fast pass admission. Miow Wolt's Halloween experience, Cosmic Cow, will return to all of its locations Grapevine, Texas, Denver, Colorado, Santa Fe, New Mexico, and Las Vegas, Nevada this fall. From costume parties to trick or treating to spectacular art activities like pumpkin painting, each location will offer plenty of surprises and delights. View each location's website to learn their specific offerings. City officials have halted the construction of a popular pirate themed home haunt display in Ortilla, Ontario, Canada. For the past four years,

12:32 Natalie McGregor and her family have constructed a life sized pirate ship with fog blowing cannons, skeletons, and other Halloween decorations for Halloween Night. In twenty twenty three, the family gave out more than five hundred treat bags to trick or treaters, and this year they had intended to use the display as a food drive for the Sharing Place Food center. In mid August, however, by Law, Building Inspection and Building Division officials contacted the mcgregors and told them to halt construction. We were provided with some parameters to work within, and we made changes, said Natalie. Then they came back again and said it needs to come down. Melissa go Unlock, the city's manager of Communications, said that by Law officers investigated the structure after receiving numerous complaints.

13:18 The structure in question is not a typical Halloween decoration, but rather a large built structure that must comply with the city's zoning bylaws and the provincial Building Code. She advises any home haunter, if you are erecting a structure, whether permanent or temporary, it's always a good idea to check with a city to ensure it meets necessary requirements. The mcgregors have started an online petition to ask for a temporary exemption for the Pirate Ship. As of September ninth, over eighteen hundred and eighty signatures have been collected. After selling out in twenty twenty three. Ghost of Glamous in Angus, Scotland is returning for twenty twenty four. Taking place in a six hundred and fifty year old castle, Brave visitors will embark on a spooky indoor tour where they will hear eerie stories of the spirits that are said to haunt the castle's majestic rooms, like the infamous Gray Lady.

14:10 Be ready for jump, scares and possible ghost sightings. Adult only tours will take place October twenty fifth through thirty first. New for twenty twenty four are child friendly storytelling sessions on October twenty sixth and twenty seventh. Designed for guests under fourteen, these sessions will feature a thirty minute ghost tour of the castle filled with ghostly tales rather than jumps and scares. Tickets are on sale now starting at twenty pounds per adult at fourteen plus for the adult evening tours, and five pounds per child five to thirteen years and ten pounds per adult for the child friendly storytelling sessions. The Freaking Brothers horror shows in Las Vegas, Nevada, will hold cast editions on September fourteenth and fifteenth. Complete training, including costumes and makeup, will be provided. Candidates must fill out an application at Freakingbrothers dot com prior to to attending casting interviews and must be at least eighteen years of age. Interested performers are asked to only attend to one audition date. The Canadian Haunters Association hosted their tenth annual Rewards ceremony this past weekend, honoring outstanding haunters from the twenty twenty three Halloween season.
