NEWS: Dark Universe, a monster-themed world, coming in 2025

Universal unveiled new details about the Dark Universe section of the upcoming Universal Epic Universe theme park, set to open in twenty twenty five. The first monster inspired land at the Universal theme park, Dark Universe blends the iconic stories of legends like Dracula, the Wolfman, Frankenstein's Monster, and The Bride of Frankenstein with a new generation of monsters and characters, including doctor Victoria Frankenstein, the great great granddaughter of the infamous Henry Frankenstein. Set in the fictual town of Dark Mooor, the area will feature a dark ride called Monsters Unchained, the Frankenstein Experiment, a spinning family coaster called Curse of the Werewolf, a monster makeup experience, character meet and greets, dining and shopping. 1:27 The Frankenstein Experiment Universal Orlando's most terrifying attraction yet. This state of the art dark Ride takes guests deep into the catacombs of Frankenstein Manor, where doctor Victoria Frankenstein conducts her twisted experiments. In a vain display of her genius, she invites guests into her laboratory to witness the demonstration of her ability to control monsters. But her plans go awry when her attempts to control the most dangerous monsters, Dracula, fails, unleashing a horde of enraged monsters. Guests are then thrust into an heense ride through the darkness as they try to evade the grasps of the Wolfman, the Mummy, the Creature from the Black Lagoon, the brides of Dracula, and others. The Curse of the Werewolf. In the woods at the edge of Darkmoor, guests will find Curse of the Werewolf, a spinning family coaster inspired by the Wolfmen. Guests will enter the encampment of the Guild of Mystics, where they will be greeted by the Maleva, the guild's all knowing seer and leader, who warns them that they bear the mark of the werewolf. Guests then border wagon and venture into the forest, racing to escape the werewolves before they become one themselves. We discuss this announcement in depth on this week's Green Tagged Podcast. Universal Studios Hollywood has announced Dead Exposure Death Valley as the second Haunted house for Halloween Horror Nights in twenty twenty four. The backstory involves a Secret Labs experiments to create super soldiers going wrong, resulting in radioactive zombies. Dead Exposure and Original IP first appeared

3:02 in two thousand and eight at Universal Studios Florida and was followed by Dead Exposure Patient Zero in twenty eighteen. Universal Studios Singapore announced Sweet Home is its first haunted house for Halloween Horror Nights Singapore twenty twenty four. Sweet Home is a wildly popular Korean apocalyptic horror series that became the first South Koregan series to enter Netflix's top ten in the United States when it premiered in twenty twenty. The second season premiered in twenty twenty three in a third set for July. Sweet Home follows the story of Chahuensu, who, after moving into the rundown apartment complex known as Green Hoome, bands together with fellow residents to battle monstrous humans driven by their desires. HHN Singapore will take visitors into Greenhome's key location, including chahuin Sue's apartment and of course, the basement. HHN Singapore returns to its twelfth year returns for its twe twelfth year in September twenty seventh to November two, twenty twenty four, and features four haunted houses, three scare zones, three shows, and more. Universal Studios Japan has teased a partnership with chainsaw Man, the wildly popular, award winning horror anime. Details are sparse, with Universal stating the famous chainsaw Man will be appearing for the first time at Universal Studios Japan experience a dark and chaotic world where unpredictable developments await.

4:29 Tickets for the Ugi Boogie Bash will go on sale to the general public on June twenty seventh, twenty twenty four. And the waiting room to purchase will open at approximately eight forty five am Pacific time. Magic keyholders will have the opportunity to purchase from a select amount of pre sale tickets beginning June twenty fifth for Inspire keyholders and June twenty sixth for Inspire, Believe and Chat and Imagine keyholders before tickets are available to the public. Ugi Boogie Bash sold out immediately in twenty three. In addition, Disneyland Resort announced new Halloween time offerings running from August third to October thirty. First of twenty twenty four, Mickey Mouse and Friends will debut brand new Halloween costumes at Disney Park, while Mickey's Trick or Treat Show will entertain guests during the daytime at Disney California Adventure Park.

5:18 For the first time, the Haunted Mansion will use a virtual Q only featuring Jack Skellington's The Nightmare Before Christmas overlay with a new Gingerbread House design, House of Blues restaurant and bar inside the Mandalay Bay Resort Casino will launch a Haunted Brunch on July twenty eighth. The horror themed brunch promises a fully immersive and one of a kind Vegas Brunch experience featuring nods to favorite spooky characters and horror movies. Guests will be entertained by dancers, acrobats, and specialty acts that may provide unexpected spine tingling jump scares. Doors open at ten am, with the experience beginning at eleven am. Tickets are fifty nine for general admission and brunch, or seventy four dollars for VIP front row seating, brunch and of Mimosa cocktail. The Mystic Museum has announced the grand opening of its latest immersive experience exhibit, Horror High Reunion. This new exhibit departs from their era themed exhibits like y two Kills for the two thousands and the ninety Slashers for the nineties. A new theme is based on a location or or high, a fictional campus where cult classics from all eras come together. Visitors will explore haunted halls, lockers, classrooms, and school auditoriums, bringing a nostalgic an eerie school reunion to life. The Wisconsin Fear Grounds is up for sale after twenty years of providing thrilling and chilling experiences. This modular Haunted house offers over twenty thousand square feet of reconfigurable terror. Included in the sale are fully modular haunt, a modular gift shop and concession stand, a mobile ticket booth, six
